Abstract

With the Ottoman witdrawal from Jerusalem in 1917, Jewish gangs began to settle in Jerusalem and its surraundings, which came under the British rule. These gangs, which received political and financial supports from European countries, especially the United Kingdoms, started their terrörist activities by attacking Muslim villages and towns. They established Israel and reached state power in a short period of approximately 30 years. Since then, Israel continues to be on the world's agenda as a land of attack, occupation, deportation, usurpation, terror, massacre and oppression. However Jerusalem, which is sacred to three religions, has come under the domination of all three religions in the course of world history. A lot of Muslim blood was shed in Jerusalem when it was remained under the rule of Crusaders for 90 years. The blood and tears shed for a hundred years in Jerusalem, which remained under the rule of Jewish Israel, are visible to the whole world. However in Jerusalem, which remained under the Muslim Ottoman rule for 400 years, neither a Christian nor a Muslim nor a Jew suffered a nosebleed. Undouptedly, one of the biggest reasons for this peace is the verses and Hadidths in the holly books of Muslims, which shape their belief and ideology.
